• Tanzania AAA - rich, spicy flavor from this medium-roast largest bean.
  
• Organic El Salvador - New arrival, new crop - rich, full-bodied Peruvian coffee brought to a dark roast. This coffee handles the dark roast well, and delivers a smooth well-rounded mouthful.
  
• Organic Sumatra - very fruity flavors due to a little ferment during processing, but quite mellow on the whole. Very flavorful for a Sumatra.
