How do I join?

First way: In the upper right corner, there is a text link that says, "Not a member? Sign up." Click on it and set up an account. Once you are signed in you can make purchases that will be stored in your account for tracking purposes.

Second way: Simply enter the "Buy Coffee" store and make your selections. For the delivery schedule, select one of the reoccuring options such as "every two weeks" to create a "coffee subscription". At the end of your order, you will be given a username (email address) and password to access your Club Looney Bean account. Here you can track your order, change or cancel your coffee subscriptions and change your password to something you will remember.

Why become a member?

Because you want the freshest coffee and never want to wake up in the morning without it. Members receive perks and discounts along the way depending upon their buying patterns.

Can I cancel anytime?

There are no contracts or cancellation penalties with Club Looney Bean. Simply log in to your account and cancel your coffee subscriptions.

I'm worried about using my credit card online. Do you store my credit card number for reoccuring coffee subscriptions?

We do not store your credit card information on our servers in any way. We are able to bill for coffee subscriptions using a Reference transaction through our payment processor. Therefore, your credit card information remains confidential and undiscoverable.
